Let’s spend this time together and teach our children a healthy and positive way to play! Use your phone only to take memory photos and enjoy this family time. We encourage all of you, small and big, to have fun in Ville Ting. 

The adult who came with the child is fully responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety. 

Pricing 

In Ville Ting you pay only for your child, you can join for free! Each child can bring two adults with them ;) 

Entry for infants up to 6 weeks: free

Entry for children 0 years old: NOK 180 

Entry for children 1-12: NOK 210 

Entry on the weekend costs NOK 10 more. 

Everyone who wants to visit Ville Ting must book an appointment to be sure there is enough safe space for everyone to play.

Membership
(Effective from 28.11.2024)

  • Price: NOK 399 per child, per month.
  • Administrative Fee: A one-time, non-refundable administrative fee of 299kr applies at registration.
  • Playroom and Ville Ting Workshops Access during regular opening hours.
    Note: Please ensure you are logged in as a member when booking Playroom and/or workshop sessions; unlimited access means you can visit the playroom once a day, every day, with prior booking.
  • One Child Per Membership: Each subscription covers one child. A separate subscription is required for each additional child. If you book for multiple children under one membership, you will need to pay for the others not covered.
  • Non-refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if unused during the period.
  • Booking Required: Subscribers must book their playroom sessions online, even with unlimited access.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage your subscription through our online portal. Subscriptions with payments pending for more than two weeks will be automatically cancelled.
  • No Commitment: Cancel at any time with no long-term commitment. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next renewal date to avoid charges for the following month.
  • Service Interruptions: Ville Ting reserves the right to close the playroom for maintenance or upgrades, with prior notice to members.
  • Non-transferable: Subscription benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the child listed under the subscription.
  • Events organized at Ville Ting by external parties are not covered under the membership.
  • Please remember to arrive at your selected date and time to help ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all Ville Ting guests.
  • If you’re running late, please call or message us, so we can manage our playroom’s capacity effectively. If you can’t make it, kindly cancel your booking. Without any notice, your reservation will be released after 30 minutes.

Leketidsgave

“Leketidsgave” is a prepaid entrance to the Ville Ting Playroom, perfect as a thoughtful gift for friends or family.

  • Validity: Each “Leketidsgave” entrance is valid for two months from the date of purchase. Entrances must be redeemed within this period, as unused entrances will expire. Entrances cannot be refunded, extended, or exchanged.
  • Purchase Process: “Leketidsgave” can be purchased online through our website. During the checkout process, buyers select the number of entrances they wish to gift. There is also the option to purchase a pre-filled, printed version, beautifully packaged and ready to give. After payment is successfully processed, a unique code is generated for each entrance and sent via email. Alternatively, if you prefer a physical card, it can be printed out and collected at Ville Ting premises after 3 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the 3-day collection period will be added to the validity of the codes.
  • Delivery: “Leketidsgave” can be purchased as a digital product, where all codes and redemption instructions are delivered via email. If you choose the pre-filled, printed version, the card can be collected at Ville Ting premises after 3 days from the date of purchase, and the 3-day collection period will be added to the validity of the codes. Buyers are responsible for keeping the email or physical card safe, as Ville Ting cannot issue replacements for lost or stolen codes.
  • Redemption: To use a “Leketidsgave,” a unique code must be entered during the online booking process. Walk-ins without prior booking cannot redeem the code. The online system automatically tracks the number of entrances used, providing a seamless experience.
  • Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable: “Leketidsgave” codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Lost Codes: Ville Ting is not responsible for lost or stolen codes. Buyers are encouraged to keep the email or the card containing the code secure, as no replacements will be provided.
    This ensures a smooth process for gifting and redeeming “Leketidsgave” entrances while maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Food and drinks 

At Ville Ting there is a separate area, where you can eat the food you’ve brought. You are welcome to bring snacks for yourself or your child; however, bringing food from other restaurants is not permitted. Additionally, we kindly ask you to be mindful of other guests when enjoying food in the common area.

Bringing your own coffee or tea is not permitted. However, we offer delicious coffee from Kaffehus Rogaland, available for purchase in Ville Ting's café area.

If you forget to bring a snack for your little one or you get hungry, there is a special healthy snacks offer at our premises at wooing prices! There is a microwave and a drinking water dispenser available in the area. 

Thank you for cleaning up after yourself! 

At Ville Ting we pay a lot of attention to everybody’s safety. Food allergies can also be very dangerous, especially for young children. Please, keep that in mind while bringing food to the dining area. 

If you or any visitors you are responsible for suffer from extreme allergies, please, inform us in writing, before your arrival. 

Be considerate of other children and families. 

If you or the children you are responsible for suffer from an infectious disease, please postpone your visit at Ville Ting. If a child is too ill to attend kindergarten, he/she should also wait for a visit at Ville Ting. 

Any type of bullying, offensive language or behaviour will not be accepted. Ville Ting may ask those involved to leave the premises immediately, without warning. There will be no refund. 

You agree not to visit Ville Ting if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Please, inform us immediately if there are any injuries, illnesses or people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Photography 

Of course, you can take photos of your child or those who you are responsible for and have consented to photograph them. Please be aware though, that Ville Ting is visited by many other children. 

Ville Ting will occasionally take photos and videos on the premises. The images that we make are used for marketing purposes. If the child can be recognised in the photo, we will ask for your consent first. 

Liability for damage to furniture 

Please, take good care of everything you use at Ville Ting. The adult responsible for the child is responsible for any damages to the furniture, installations, toys and all the other property at Ville Ting. 

Guests are financially responsible for any damage or measures that need to be taken for hygiene reasons as a result of any spillage; including cleaning carpets, cleaning pillows and other textiles. 

Terms and conditions for placing orders on Villeting.no 

  • To enter Ville Ting playroom, you must purchase an entrance ticket first. Tickets can be purchased via the website or at the counter, for a specific day and time. We do not accept cash. 
  • The entry price includes fun for up to 3 hours from the booked entry time, free entry for a maximum of 2 guardians, drinking water and complimentary diapers. 
  • The person purchasing the ticket is responsible for selecting and correctly providing all the necessary information to complete the order. This includes the date and time of the visit, name and surname, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Otherwise, you may be charged for costs that may arise as a result of errors. 
  • Ville Ting is not responsible for orders that did not reach Ville Ting due to technical problems. Otherwise, Norwegian laws and regulations apply. 
  • You can use the entrance ticket only on the day and time selected. You can change your order to a different date or time by contacting Ville Ting in advance. Just give us a call to make the arrangement. Always check the order confirmation for the exact date. 

Purpose of collecting personal data 

Ville Ting AS with its registered organisation number 933 052 788 collects information that is currently used for the following purposes: 

  • registration of orders and payments, processing of orders and delivery of goods/services ordered through our system 
  • sending newsletters 
  • efficient handling of inquiries to our customer service centre 
  • data for personalising the content of websites and offers 

Payment and Security 

Payment is made by charging your credit card, debit card or Vipps. Your personal and account information in the payment solution is encrypted to prevent anyone from misusing it. We use bank-approved systems for our payment transactions.

Credit card transactions take place on a separate, secured server with full encryption of all credit card information. 

Ville Ting partners with Easy Nets to provide a secure payment solution. Your credit card details will not be shared with other companies or organisations. 

During the payment, you will be informed of the applicable fees. 

We reserve the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding amounts in the event of any breach of your obligations to us. We also reserve the right to cancel, change or limit other orders. If payment is not received on time, late payment interest is charged (calculated daily for each day of delay in payment) at the rate of 18% per annum. 

Location 

Ville Ting reserves the right to change the design of its location. Changes do not give you the right to a refund. 

We also reserve the right to, after prior notification, leave the Ville Ting premises closed due to maintenance or modernisation works. 

Delivery 

If you order the entrance via our website you will get a confirmation email shortly after placing the order. You will find the summary of your order in the confirmation email. Remember, that it is your responsibility to check if all the information there is correct. 

Right to withdraw from the contract Chapter 6 Article 22 of the Act on the right to withdraw from the contract concerns the restrictions arising from the Act on the right to withdraw from the contract. Letter m states that "the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than residential purposes, transportation of goods, car rental services, catering services and recreation-related services if a specific day or a specific period of time for the performance of these services has been designated in the contract." Services provided at a specific time or within a specific period apply to all our products. In such cases, you will be redirected to the applicable cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel your entrance ticket only if it has not been used, up to 3 hours before the booking time. 

The tickets that were bought and not used are non-refundable, even if less than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. 

The only exception to those rules is when Ville Ting cancels. 

The cancellation policy for private events is described in the Private Events Offer. 

Conditions 

  • For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave Ville Ting and close early without notice. 
  • We reserve the right to make clerical, typographical or other errors, incorrect pricing and any price changes.
  • If a pricing error of a significant size occurs on Ville Ting's part, in advertising etc. and/or in the online store exceeding 15% of the normal retail price, Ville Ting may unilaterally change, delete or reject orders. This also applies if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable period after they are discovered. 
  • If a product is sold out or double-booked but still available (overbooking) on villeting.no, Ville Ting may delete or reject the order. This also applies if the customer has received an order confirmation or similar. However, such errors must be corrected within a reasonable period after they are discovered. 
  • Ville Ting is not responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, long waiting times, downtime or other force majeure events. Ville Ting may cancel or interrupt operations due to force majeure, which means war, riots, strikes, lockouts, oil and gasoline rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural disasters and pollution or similar events. 
  • In the event of force majeure, Ville Ting is obliged to notify guests as soon as possible. In such cases, guests are not entitled to any remuneration or refund of the amount paid. 
  • No individual contracts are concluded physically. 

Handling returns and complaints and resolving conflicts 

All complaints must be submitted in writing immediately. Compensation claims must be submitted to Ville Ting in writing no later than seven (7) days from the date of your visit. Ville Ting will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not work, you can ask the Consumer Council for mediation. 

No individual contracts are concluded physically. 

Ville Ting has thorough cleaning procedures in place to ensure the playroom is always safe for guests and employees. Guests with fever, symptoms of respiratory infections or colds are asked to postpone their visit. The purchased entry can be postponed after contacting the playroom by phone. 

At Ville Ting we are proud of ourselves for our clean and hygienic environment. Let us know if you find an area that requires extra effort. 

Parking 

No oral or individual agreements may be concluded with Ville Ting. Parking is the responsibility of guests. 

Personal belongings 

In the Ville Ting area, there is an open wardrobe for coats and open boxes for guests' shoes. Ville Ting takes no responsibility for guests' belongings.
